After starting a new small business, getting it off the ground and getting over the shock of the fact that your little venture is actually making you money, one of the hardest decisions you now have to make is how and if you will go about hiring more staff.

You love the fact that your business is making money and has constant customers and you feel like you need help to get all the work done and keep all of your clients happy and satisfied, but there are many risks to hiring staff for your business and a limo hire company is no exception.

You have to worry about whether the staff will be hard workers and good workers and whether you can instil in them your sense of pride and hard work in your business. Then you have to worry about whether they are trustworthy of if they’ll just knick off with the payments, or even the limo!

Then there is the worry about your staff luring your customers away from your business and either going out on their own to service the customers they picked up while working for you, or taking those customers to another limo hire company who will pay them more.

You also have to consider how much you will pay your staff as there is no point having staff if all the money you are making off of them goes to their wages but you still have to cover things like tax and running costs as well as pay your new staff member enough to keep them with you and keep them inspired to do a good job.
