For example, I you are booking a block of limousine hire times for the entire year, you probably know that you will need to get to a certain amount of business meetings, airport transfers and meet a few visiting members at their offices or at the airport. Therefore, you may work out a monthly limousine hire cost which you are happy to pay.

You are also making a bulk limo hire booking, so you may think you are entitled to a discount for this bulk hire amount. However, limo hire is much like any other product you buy in bulk and if you want the bulk discount, you have to pay for it all at once, that it why it is known as a ‘bulk discount’. You will then be able to book your corporate limo hire from the hire time you have already paid for at the beginning of the year, while enjoying the cheaper price and the convenience of pre paying for your limo hire.

You may also be in more of a position to negotiate a corporate limo hire discount if you are booking a large volume of limo hire. However, keep in mind that a large amount of hire for your business, may not be a large amount of hire for your limo hire company so they may not feel as though you deserve a bulk discount as you are not really buying a bulk amount of hire. Also, if you can give your limo hire company your schedule for the year of the dates and times you are going to need them, they can more easily work to ensure they can book their limousines around you and not miss out on any other hire work because they are leaving their limos free in case you need them.
